Document Management

Facilitates the creation of a separate ERN835 for each patient, placing a copy in the patient record. Batch scan documents including delivery tickets for automatic insertion into the patient record.

Founded in 1994, Fastrack Healthcare Systems quickly set the standards for Home Healthcare automation. While our competitors were focused on selling billing systems, Fastrack identified the need for a complete solution to manage every aspect of the business. With this in mind, Fastrack set out to develop the first Home Medical Equipment (HME), Homecare Pharmacy and Home Care Agency system to meet virtually every clinical, financial and operational requirement. On June 2013, Fastrack was acquired by Mediware Information Systems, Inc., a provider of comprehensive healthcare IT software solutions. Mediware has been providing software solutions to the HME, home infusion therapy and home health nursing providers beginning in 2008. The merger with Fastrack will expand Mediware’s ability to better meet the needs of HME, homecare pharmacy, and home care providers.
