Document Management
Facilitates the creation of a separate ERN835 for each patient,
placing a copy in the patient record. Batch scan documents
including delivery tickets for automatic insertion into the
patient record.

Spencer Kay
President/CEO |
Spencer is the founder of Fastrack
Healthcare Systems which was started in 1994. In addition to the day to
day operation of the business, Spencer oversees the marketing and sales
with focus on business development as well as growth strategies. From
1992-1994 he was Senior Vice President of Sandata, Inc, at the time a
public company, overseeing their healthcare software division with
products for Home Medical Equipment providers, Home Care Agencies,
Medical Waste Management and Radiology departments within hospitals.
Previous to this he was the President of a wholesale distributor of
computer products, President of a software system for dentist and the
International Sales Manager for a division of NCR. Spencer has an MBA
in International Business from George Washington University and a B.A.
in Economics from Long Island University.

Jose Nebro
Sr. Vice President |
Jose has over 22
years of experience in Health Care IT and is presently Senior Vice
President of Fastrack. His responsibilities include; overseeing software
development, technical support, quality assurance and customer service.
Jose has been with the company since its’
founding in 1994. In 1995 Jose lead the development effort that
resulted in the first Windows based Home Medical Equipment software
system. Jose was a Systems Developer with Sandata, Inc., a Home
Healthcare software vendor from 1990 through 1994 and played a lead role
in re-engineering their UNIX system for Home Medical Equipment
providers. While with the Sperry Corporation he was involved in the
development of an advanced computerized traffic system. Jose brings a
unique perspective to his role having come first from an IT background
with experience in network infrastructure design as well as software
design. Jose has a degree in Computer Science from CUNY -Queens
College in New York City.

Kim Commito

Kimberly resides
in Chicago, Illinois and has been part of the healthcare industry since
1985. Working in Private Practice Management and Reimbursement,
Clinical Pharmaceutical Research, Hospital Administration, Development
of Pediatric Support Groups in the Chicago area for children with
Crohn’s and Colitis, Home Infusion Operations and Technology and
Consulting for Home Health Care, there is wide range of experience to
draw upon for business management in the Healthcare industry. Her past
15+ years have been dedicated to the Home Infusion, Durable Medical
Equipment and Home Health arenas in the areas of Operational Management
for Intake, Reimbursement and Quality Assurance. In the past 20 years
she owned her own consulting company and has assisted over 100 Home
Health providers in system implementations, optimization and
development, as well as operational process development and
enhancement. Having been an active part of the National Home Infusion
Association has provided her opportunities for General Session speaking
engagements and publication regarding the successes and pitfalls of
system implementations from an operational perspective. Kimberly
currently helps to drive the appropriate development of the clinical
aspects of Fastrack’s Enterprise Software solution, specifically in the
areas of Home Infusion Pharmacy and Home Health Nursing. She has been
with the company for over 9 years. In addition, she ensures that
Fastrack’s integrated customers are successful in the implementation and
ongoing use of the various technology offerings Fastrack provides.
Finally, consulting in the areas of Process development and
documentation is another area of expertise offered to our user
population, ensuring an ongoing partnership for success between Fastrack
and our customers.

Gail Zainfeld
Director of Training & Implementation
Services |
Gail is the Director
of Implementation and Training overseeing a staff of 6 trainers. Gail
started her career with Fastrack in 1996 working in the support
department eventually becoming the manager of Help Desk before moving to
the Training Department. Prior to joining Fastrack she worked for a
Fastrack client, Homecare Concepts in Farmingdale, New York, a Home
Medical Equipment provider for 8 years holding various positions
including Office Manager. Gail earned her Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing and Management from Long Island University-CW Post. In her
leisure time, Gail spends time traveling, entertaining; working with her
charitable organization “Cure Mommy’s Breast Cancer”, but most of all
enjoys the lifestyle of living in the beach town of Long Beach, NY.

Customer Service/Implementation
Fastrack employs
only individuals with actual healthcare experience in its Customer Service and
Implementation/Training Departments.

Quality Assurance
Fastrack's commitment to quality is evident by the increasing expansion of the
QA department and the tools at their disposal. Our Development Programmers
and Documentation staff work closely with QA to insure we are providing the best
possible products.
Development Programmers
Our team of Programmers are actively engaged with a significant number of our
clients to insure we are meeting the needs of the providers community. The
staff is involved in new development of functionality, meeting regulatory
changes and custom programming projects.
Technical Support
The Fastrack Technical support staff offers extensive knowledge
in the Microsoft SQL database, Windows operating system, computer hardware and
the Fastrack Applications. This expertise allows for a quick diagnosis and
resolution to our client's technical issues.
